By using this service, you agree to be bound by the following Rules. If you do not agree, you should not use the service. Violation of the following rules will result in disqualification and exclusion from the challenge.

1. Member registration

Only real individuals are allowed to register. Each participant can register as a member of only one team.

2. Team Registration

Each team must include at least one participant as team leader; there is no maximum number of members.

3. Submissions

Each team may submit a maximum of three submissions for each task.

By using this service, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

1. Purpose of the Service

This service was created solely to manage submissions for the SAND Challenge. It is a non-profit service and is not associated with any commercial activities. The service is provided "as is," without any warranties.

2. User Data and Content

You agree that any submission (including, but not limited to, text, images, and links) you send through the service will be made public at the conclusion of the SAND Challenge. You warrant that you have all necessary rights to the submitted content and that the content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

3. Ownership of User Files

The User retains full ownership of all files (CSV, PDF, etc.) that they upload to our server. The Organizers of the SAND Challenge ("We" in the following) do not claim any ownership rights or interest in such files.

4. Limited License

The User grants SAND organizers a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, and non-derivative license to store, process, and manage uploaded files. This license is granted for the sole and exclusive purpose of providing the services offered by the application. The license automatically expires when users request to delete their team. We do not have the right to modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the User's files.

5. Publication and ICASSP Terms

In the event that the User's PDF report is selected for publication (e.g., by being among the top 5 in the SAND challenge), the User agrees that their report may be adapted as necessary for publication by ICASSP. Upon selection for publication, the User agrees that the report will be subject to ICASSP's terms and conditions for publication. These terms and conditions may differ from those described herein and are available on the ICASSP website. The User is responsible for reviewing and accepting these terms prior to participating in the challenge.

6. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You are prohibited from uploading illegal, offensive, defamatory, or content that violates the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that, in our sole discretion, is deemed inappropriate.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform's operators will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain all intellectual property rights to the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant the service operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the content for the purpose of the SAND Challenge.

9. Termination and Modifications

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these terms. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon posting on the website.
